For separations with dependent children, spousal support is calculated alongside child support. The SSAG uses Individual Net Disposable Income (INDI), which accounts for Yukon's provincial tax rates, child support transfers, and government benefits like the Canada Child Benefit. The guideline range is 40% to 46% of the combined INDI to the lower-income spouse.
